Another year has come and gone. I'm sure most people could only hope and pray for a better year ahead, especially in light of certain significant events over the past decade. My hopes for 2010:
  • Good health for family and friends.
  • A recovering economy ( slow but steady).
  • A reverse effect for what has happened to the global climate.
  • Less suffering ( poverty, war, terrorism etc) around the world. There just too much for us to comprehend.
  • To be less materialistic. I learned the hard way, that happiness does not have a price tag. ( Or maybe it does, I just can't afford it.)

One can always hope, right?

I know some people may have resolutions to own bigger and better things. I just want to say, we all need to extend a helping hand during tough times. If you could, spare others a thought too. It could be all that some people ever receive.

And finally, a message that I'm sure most people, who have watched Avatar, has gotten. Stop wasting time, stop destroying the Earth. It is greed that drives people to do unimaginable things and if we can put aside that greed, we have a shot at making this world a better place.
